Consultant Assignment – Pension Administrator in Banking & Finance (Stockholm)

We are looking for an experienced consultant for a long-term assignment with a major player in the banking sector in Stockholm. The assignment is placed within an area responsible for contractual insurances related to BTP1 and BTP2.

The area’s tasks include monitoring upcoming retirees and long-term sick leave, death benefit regulation, and pension payments. The role also involves ensuring that correct information is sent to various internal and external systems.

You will have daily contact via email and phone with the bank's HR departments, employees, and retirees regarding pension and insurance matters.

To succeed in this role, a very good administrative ability and a structured working method are required. The assignment involves handling many parallel cases where accuracy and quality are crucial. You also need to have basic knowledge of the collectively agreed occupational pensions BTP1 and BTP2.

Competence Requirements

• Very good administrative ability
• Basic knowledge of collectively agreed occupational pensions BTP1 and BTP2
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Good communication skills in contact with both internal and external parties

Experience and Responsibility

Experience:

• Education and further development in the field
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant in the relevant area
• Participated in several similar assignments with different clients

Responsibility:

• Mainly works independently and takes responsibility for the assignment
• Acts as a role model and support for junior consultants
